  8. In the Printer Name or IP Address field, enter the IP address of the network printer and select Next.
  9. Select the Manufacturer and Model name and select Next.
  10. Continue through the rest of the setup, leaving the default options selected, until the printer is added.

  1. Select Start > Devices and Printers.
  2. Select Add a printer.
  3. Select Add a local printer.
  4. Select Use an existing port.
  5. Select LPT1 and select Next.
  6. Select the Manufacturer and Model (Printer) name and select Next.
  7. Continue through the rest of the setup, leaving the default options selected, until the printer is added.
  8. Select Start > Devices and Printers.
  9. Right-click on the new printer and select PrinterProperties.
  10. Select the Ports tab.
  11. Select Add Port.
  12. Select Standard TCP/IP Port and select New Port.
  13. Select Next.
  14. Enter the IP address of the network printer and select Next.
  15. Follow the prompts until printer is updated.

  17. Test the printer to see if it is working.
